About Me
Hello everyone
My name is Lada. I’m from Thailand, and I studied Hospitality in university as my passion has always been about meeting people, providing a service or an experience and connecting with new people. I used to own a bar and then a restaurant in Bangkok, while working in clubs and hotels as a Dj at night.
My husband is Swiss, and by destiny 13 years ago, he flew all the way to work at the hotel where I was a Dj. That’s where we fell in love. 2 years after getting married, we decided to move back to his hometown to build a family, and that’s how we came to Geneva.

We arrived here in 2016 and like many people in my situation, I didn’t have a job. With 2 kids and after living life in Geneva, my lifestyle changed. I go to sleep earlier, eat well and I love outdoor activities. So going back to being a club Dj is definitely not my cup of tea anymore.
I was lucky enough to always work in something I loved, and after a few years of seeking what I’d like to do and trying a few ideas I had, I finally found it: being a Yoga Teacher.
My initial purpose was simply to help people, especially beginners, to understand the poses, to feel comfortable in my class so they wouldn’t have to worry about how they look or whether the pose was “perfect”. However, after I joined the teacher training, I discovered more. Yoga has become more of a “way of life”, not only a physical activity anymore. I learned a lot about life philosophy, and I would like my students to be able to gradually find their inner peace alongside physical health.
My intention is for my students to appreciate their own bodies, their abilities in what they can do, and accept what they are not able to. My class will focus on building strengthen, flexibility, mobility, balancing and mindfulness feature mixed of hatha and vinyasa with slow and steady movement.
During class, you will feel like I’m your friend (with a certificate), so feel free to share with me how I can help you.
With love,
Lada
